Determining the Gait of the Icelandic Horse

This slide show was created from a video of an Icelandic Horse mare being ridden bareback in halter, to see what gait she offers naturally. Stills were grabbed from the video and put in sequential order to see the timing of the diagonal legs and lateral legs, and the support phases. This was done in order to determine what gait she was doing. In this case, it is a fox trot.
