Charm is an almost three-year-old Icelandic Horse filly. We decided to try to have her back-up, with the request coming from behind. We used the neckrope around her neck, with the lead rope hooked onto it, so that the request would not pull her head, but put pressure on her chest.

This is my pinto Icelandic Horse (Pony) mare, called Cookie, who is about 10 years old. She was born in Iceland, but came to the US with her dam, as a weanling. She is very calm, very people-oriented, and a very easy keeper (too easy, as we have to watch what she eats, and not give her anything that is too high in carbs).

She learns very easily, and is very willing to do new things and learn additional behaviors and tricks.
